About the Dealer

OLD RIVER had its humble beginning in August 1982 when 19 year old Lee White founded the company, selling wire rope and logging supplies in a barn on the family farm in Woodville, MS. Business grew rapidly and Old River Supply spread its logging supply operation across Louisiana and southern Mississippi. In 2001, Old River Supply branched out to open Old River Volvo, and quickly became Mississippi’s only full-line Volvo heavy truck dealer. Old River Volvo earned a reputation for treating every customer with honesty and integrity. From the beginning, the company’s slogan has been “We Work Harder,” and OLD RIVER has strived to put that slogan to work in every sale it made and service it provided. Today, OLD RIVER has expanded beyond Volvo heavy duty trucks. We now sell Mack heavy duty trucks, Hino commercial trucks, Isuzu commercial trucks, and Clement, Globe, and Travis aluminum trailers. Doing business under the name OLD RIVER COMPANIES, we are one of the fastest growing and most successful dealerships in the country. As Mississippi’s longest running Volvo dealer, Old River has shown what hard work can do. We continue our parts tradition by stocking more than $15 million dollars of Volvo, Mack, Hino, and Isuzu, truck parts as well as Clement, Globe, and Travis Trailers in our inventory and staffing some of the most experienced parts people in the business.
