The website is an initiative to change the conversation by sharing what our industry does to support customer repair and increase uptime. Through dealer personnel training and customer education, Repair Done Right provides the facts that show our industry is committed to the success of our customers.
The training has been customized for most major brands, and other manufacturers may be added in the future. A comprehensive training and downloadable marketing package helps education not only dealer organizations but customers on a repair done right.
